You have the opportunity to gain credits in Language Arts, Social Studies and Computers according to the quality and quantity of the work submitted.  You will need to keep a student log to record the title, the date, and the number of hours spent on each assignment. On the LANGUAGE ARTS page you will find detailed instructions on the Expository Writing link, especially examples of and methods on how  to write an essay.  You are also given instructions on how to achieve sentence variety when you use the on the Sentence Composing link.  On the SOCIAL STUDIES page you will find links to various sites such as CNN, MSNBC, or the NYSE.  Using their education sites, you will follow and complete their instructions and finally write your own material. You will also have links to political cartoons.  In the COMPUTERS section you will be given instructions for Power Point, Excel, Front Page and various other computer applications to be learned this year.
