Hi! I have been a teacher for 26 years.  Prior to my 22 years here at Wilson, I taught preschool, elementary and high school students. I like helping families, getting to know each of my students and helping them to attain their educational goals, as well as build positive parenting skills.

I was born and raised in San Jose where I received my B.A., teaching credentials, and Master’s Degree in Education from San Jose State University.

I’ve taught in the Young Parents’ Center for 22 years! My majors in Early Childhood Education, Health Science, Education, and Counseling have been a perfect fit for my teaching responsibilities in YPC, the Children’s Education Center and the Cal-SAFE program. My teaching career continues to be both challenging and rewarding.
